Fiberfil S.p.A. has been producing polyester staple fibre from recycled bottle flakes since 1995. In 2012, it moved to new premises at Via Serio 67 in Casnigo, in the province of Bergamo, where it installed a new production line and in 2019 continued its growth with the installation of a second extrusion line.

Currently, the production capacity is about 4,000 kg/hour for a total of about 30,000 t/year of fibre; polyester fibre production is carried out in a continuous cycle 24 hours a day, allowing great flexibility in customer service.
